CEO of EntTree Content Group, Choi has over twenty years of experience working in the entertainment industry from production to distribution. He was formerly the CEO of CJ E&M America, the U.S. subsidiary of powerhouse Korean conglomerate CJ, pushing out on multiple fronts with Asian inspired content. Prior to that, he was the Head of Film Business at CJ Entertainment - the largest studio in Asia - and has produced nearly 100 films including such modern classics as LADY VENGEANCE, THIRST, MOTHER, A BITTERSWEET LIFE, THE GOOD THE BAD THE WEIRD, and THE MAN FROM NOWHERE. In addition, Choi has worked with internationally renowned directors such as Chan-wook Park, Joon-ho Bong, and Jee-woon Kim. He has also initiated and produced several co-production projects with Japan and China such as SAYONARA ITSUKA and MY WAY.
